Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using BindDock, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use BindDock for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must not use BindDock where doing so would be unlawful.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your sign-in methods secure, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Do not share passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, encryption keys, or other credentials with BindDock support.
Using BindDock
You may use BindDock only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
- Interfere with or overload the service or bypass its safeguards.
- Use malware, deceptive activity, or automated abuse.
- Reverse engineer BindDock except where law expressly permits it.
- Use BindDock in a way that violates another person's rights.
We may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
Connected providers
Provider connections are created only when you authorize them. You remain responsible for your provider accounts, permissions, data, and compliance with each provider's terms. Providers are operated independently and may change, restrict, or stop their services.
BindDock currently requests read-only organization and project access for its Supabase connection and read-only project access for its Vercel connection. Its GitHub App connection reads only metadata for the repositories you grant to an installation, whether you choose all or selected repositories. It does not read repository contents or authorize project, deployment, or repository writes in the current integrations. Resend currently requires its full_access OAuth scope to list domains; BindDock V1 uses it only for read-only domain discovery and does not send email or modify domains. We do not promise that any provider integration will always be available or unchanged.
Service availability and changes
BindDock is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. We will take reasonable care in operating the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
BindDock is currently offered without a paid subscription. Any future paid offering will have clear pricing and additional terms before you are charged.
Ownership
BindDock and its branding, software, and site content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership to you.
You retain rights in information you connect or provide. You give us only the permissions reasonably needed to operate BindDock for you.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, BindDock is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded. BindDock is not a backup service, and you should maintain appropriate copies of important provider data.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or provider outages where the law permits that exclusion. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use
You may stop using BindDock and disconnect provider accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it in a reasonable way.
